So I made the ones on the new Tahoe bigger.
That s better. Now you just need to change literally everything else on the outside.

Before image for the lazy
It does look way better with slightly larger windows, nicely done

Damn that’s a subtle change that drastically makes the rear look sharp . Overall the change makes it look bigger which imo is for the better

Nice improvement - only place it looks a bit awkward is the rear window meeting the taillight. Might want to try and shrink that down accordingly too. But who needs windows in your three ton land yacht?

You also made the windows all line up! Congratulations!
I saw yours before I saw the original, which made it all the more disappointing. Mission accomplished.

The rear hatch glass? Yea, it looks weird because of the color of the truck. Technically the tail light is sticking out off of the body, block your view of the glass. In a different color truck you’d be able to see that better. It still looks a little weird tho.

Nice, now all you need to add is
slope t
he hood, lowering the front edge of it 6" - 8",
so you can see the pavement ahead of you.

GM loves tiny windows and short windshields. Sit in an F150 and then sit in a Silverado. It's insane how much shorter in height the Silverado windshield seems.

Yea, everyone has been copying that style line the past few years. People attributed it to the Explorer but the 4Runner did it first.

You’re telling me. I hate driving my FIL’s ‘18 Silverado because of that.

I’m talking about this snip (original photo):
See how the rear hatch glass and rear quarter window meet at the top of the taillight? Your render has the glass below the top of the taillight, which just looks a little funny:

This little trim area here bugs the crap out of me.
Because...
There’s a big plastic trim piece that’s part of the door (A) with another plastic trim piece on the C-pillar next to it (B) but the height of piece B doesn’t match piece A because
trim piece (C) above the rear quarter window is double t
he height of the black plastic window trim at the top of the door (D).
A should be glass, and C should match the height of D so that B can match the height of A, or really the height of the glass piece that should be where A is.
GAHHHHHHHHHHHH!

DLO fail. Lazy design, it’s everywhere.

The worst part about this mess of a C-pillar is that Hyundai managed to use the same basic design on the Palisade without all the jankity shit GM pulled.

Hyunkia is really trying with styling these days, and sometimes it works. Too bad about the front end on that one, but the side definitely works better than many.
DLO fail panels and faux floating C-pillars are like a disease.

I’m really considering a 2018+ Expedition. It looks good, the Fx4 package is legit, and its has a huge backseat for my kids and dog. Not to mention its rated a 22mpg hwy. I just need depreciation to do its thing.

I had to go look up the new Tahoe because
the windows on your edit didn’t seem that big and HOLY CRAP IT IS BAD.
Why? Why do they do this?
